Black powder & BB guns do not require FFL transfer and can be shipped directly to the buyer. We are not licensed to and WILL NOT ship out of the US. All postage, handling & insurance is paid 100% by the buyer. ALL PISTOLS/REVOLVERS ARE SHIPPED NEXT DAY AIR UPS!
