Creating lists of auction items on your own computer can really save time when you have a lot of items to list. You may use any program that you are comfortable with in creating the list. Each item must have a category number, a title, quantity, and a selling price. You may also include a description, image url, and a reserve price.

This is an advanced area. If you try this and fail, email the file you are trying to upload and we will assist you.

Notes:

Your items may be separated by a pipe (|), a Tab, or a comma. Be aware that if you upload a list separated by tabs that also includes HTML generated by an editor, the Tabs in the HTML will affect your field assignments. 

Make sure the category numbers that you use are from the list of numbers that we have provided to you.

Uploaded items are available for on our system for 30 days.

 

• Create your list of items on your local computer. 
• Export your list to a text file. Only files with a .txt extension can be uploaded.
• Log on to the Members Area.
• Select the Seller Tools menu link from the drop down list.
• Press the Bulk Upload Items button.
• Use the Browse button to locate your item list file on your computer.
• Select the delimiter (field separator) and proceed.
• Assign the fields in your data to the fields that our system uses. You do not need to have all of the fields, but category, titel, quantity, selling price are required. 
• Verify the the assignments, making sure that the data matches the field types.
• Complete the upload by accepting on the final screen.
• Your items will now be accessed from the Seller Tools menu, in the Saved Auction area.
