All local buyers will be required to do a NICS background check if they plan on picking up firearms. Firearms will be available to pickup immediately after it is sold, no wait period if you pass the background and over age 21! New Regulations, if under age 21; it's an automatic 3-day wait period to receive firearms. C&R's will be accepted on firearms that apply. All guns require a background check, UNLESS it is stated in the description. Must be 18 years old to purchase a long gun and 21 years old to purchase a handgun. IF YOU DO NOT PASS THE BACKGROUND - You must pay for the firearm, we will resell the item on the next upcoming firearms auction. Regular commissions will be charged.
