#4 - LOAD OUT TIMES--PLEASE MAKE PLANS TO BE HERE IF YOU PLAN ON BIDDING/BUYING
Load Out #1--Tuesday October 7th from 3pm to 7pm and Wednesday Oct 8th from 8am to 12-noon. At this time, you can pay and pick up any items that are relevantly easy to remove such as signs, tables, chairs, small kitchen equipment, antiques & such.
#5 - LARGE ITEM LOAD OUT--Please watch for "**" in the Title Line!
Items such as large kitchen equipment, attached fixtures, building salvage, booths, & such will have be scheduled during the LARGE ITEM LOAD OUT TIME. Monday October 13th to Friday Oct 17th. Buyer will have to schedule with onsite managers, Brad or Dan to get these items. If you buy small items along with your large items, you can pick them up during the "Large Item Load Out".

at 6pm on Auction night, our software will change over to a "LIVE CLOSING SCREEN". 5-items will be on your screen at a time, each item with a countdown clock. If a bid is placed on an item with less than 40-secs to go, the countdown clock will reset back to 40-secs. Once that item hits zero, it will sell and the next item on the list will move up into the closing screen. Designed to work best on your smartphone in the vertical position!
