Firearms will be available to pickup immediately after it is sold, no wait period if you pass the background and over age 21! New Regulations, if under age 21; it's an automatic 3-day wait period to receive firearms. C&R's will be accepted on firearms that apply. SD residents with Conceal Carry Permits will be accepted, 4473 form must be filled out but the permit is an automatic proof of purchase. All guns require a background check, UNLESS it is stated in the description. Must be 21 years old to purchase a handgun and 18 years of age to purchase a long gun. Guns must be paid for BEFORE a NICS check is done. IF YOU DO NOT PASS THE BACKGROUND - we will resell the item on the next upcoming firearms auction. Regular commissions will be charged.
