Farm Location: From Beresford, SD go East 2 Miles to 474th Ave, go North 7 Miles to 290th St and East 1/2 a mile to the SW corner of the property. From Canton, SD go West 6 Miles to 474th Ave, go South to 290th St and East 1/2 a mile to the SW corner of the property.

According to the Lincoln County FSA office, there are +/-77.4 acres under cultivation. In the far NE corner of the farm is a 1.9 acre wetland. A corn base of 46.09 acres with a PLC Yield of 112 and a soybean base of 8.93 acres and 45 PLC Yield. The LandID soil map shows the field is primarily comprised of Wentworth-Chancellor silty clay loams, Chancellor-Viborg Silt clay loams and Egan silty clay loam with a field average of 87.71 CPI.
