Gear is antique. Many years ago, someone added a sample braking system when you pulled on the tongue, it let loose of the rear brakes on the wheels, when the horses stopped, the brakes were applied. There are some modern replacement parts (screws and washers, small wood spacers), but overall the gear has great original paint and is a very unique piece. The Triple box wagon is modern made, looks good and makes the piece display better, but not period to the gear. tongue is also a replacement. Overall measurements are rear wheels 10", front wheels 8", stands about 15" tall, and without the tongue is about 28" long, a little TLC and research could turn this piece into a real gem!

One of the rarest pieces of early IHC memorabilia in existents! Given out the same time period that the cookie cutters were, but due to the material, very few are still in existence! About 5" tall, 3" wide. This one is a double-draw string variation, there is a single drawn string variation as well we are told. Printing on both sides is worn, but very legible. Much rarer than the round padlock and cookie cutter!
