Knock'em Dead MINT Toy & Box! Very unusual, marked on the end "Daisy-Heddon Limited of Preston, Ontario" and written in French on the other side. Ertl could not import a complete toy in Canada for tax reasons, so the parts were shipped to Canada and assembled by Daisy-Heddon there (the same company that made BB-guns and fishing lures!)
