Sign works, great piece, helicopter is 17" long, designed to be mounted to the wall, propeller spins and the parachute with the bears go up and down; condition--Parachute has numerous small cracks and wrinkles, bear also has a crack in eh belly, helicopter has a broken windshield post, prop is good; not perfect, but a very scarce Hamm's motion sign!
