Built by Garth Shyngera of Canada, the 30' straight cut header is made from 18gauge steel and very strong, Auger Flighting, reels, knife bar are construction from 18-gauge steel. All pieces were MIG welded. Cylinders allow the reel to go up and down. Header easily slides into the combine and can be swapped with the corn head. New auger made from steel pipe with extension past eh custom header, all railing, step extension & exhaust are steel, header parts are laser cut 18ga steel, made very well and strong, easy to handle and is shippable

Built by Garth Shyngera of Canada; original header was removed and an all metal 30' head was built to scale. The header is 18ga steel, laser cut. The metal reels and cutting bar are laser cut. The canvas is made from embroidery material and put on plastic slats. They Hyd Cylinders go up and down, built very well and not fragile, can be shipped. Awesome

started life as a 915 Ertl Combine, but heavily customized. Under carriage is all brass and is soldered together, header & pickup and feeder is made from Aluminum, Belts are rubber and pulleys are monde on a lathe from steel. Auger is copper and soldered, there are internal sieves and straw walkers made from aluminum. Swings in and out for transport, took 2- winters to build, super detail; unloading auger has slight damage and can be easily fixed. Great piece
