What a killer piece of cast iron! Marked "Slow" 3 times and has 4 spots for large red reflectors, it is missing one reflector; original finish, we just took a little chalk to highlight the "SLOW", measures about 19" across, 19" tall; has some concrete on the inside still; designed so it could be anchored in an intersection and be ran-over without hurting it. This is a museum quality piece of transportation history!
