This came out of a museum that has a sign reading - "This rifle was obtained from a gentleman on the Standing Rock Indian Reservation in the late 1950s. It had been in his family since the early 1900s. Note the 16 notches on the hand grip." action does stick a little; decorated w/several brass tacks; saddle ring; 20" BBL; neat piece of history; SN#407893
