Super clean and nice set, toys are all mint with ZERO play wear; box liner is excellent and complete; outer box has some tape burn on the edges (from being wrapped as a gift!) and two small tears on the top, overall box rates 8.75 condition; a Truly rare & desirable set that rarely comes up for sale, especially in this condition! Seller told me he purchased this from a lady that got it as a birthday present in the 1960's and never played with, this is what caused the tape burn on the sides
