All guns require a background check, UNLESS it is stated in the description. Must be 18 years old to purchase a long gun and 21 years old to purchase a handgun. IF YOU DO NOT PASS THE BACKGROUND - You must pay for the firearm, we will resell the item on the next upcoming firearms auction. Regular commissions will be charged.
