This is the first 1866 we've had the chance to offer our customers! 24" Oct. Bbl. Has been reblued at one time; extremely smooth action of a gun of this age; believe to be a 3rd model due to the serial numbers; nice bore w/good rifling; mfg. in 1868; finish to the receiver looks great; wood is solid with typical marks from age and storage, not sure if it's original wood or not; check photos for condition and to make your own conclusions; SN#28732 is on bottom tang; missing a screw in the bottom of the forearm cap; made in USA; a true collector's firearm!
