INVOICES WILL BE SENT OUT ON THURSDAY morning FOLLOWING THE AUCTION! Payment can be made at our office in Wakonda or in Vermillion at the Eagles Club from 9:30 a.m. to 10am (we will be there for a land auction). If you pay with a Credit Card; a 3% service fee will be added to your bill. Sales tax will be charged on the mower, household and garage lots of 6.5% unless you are buying for resale and have a tax ID number on file with our office. No sales tax charged on titled vehicles.

We will have an open house SUNDAY March 19th from 1 to 2pm at 515 Sharpe Drive, Vermillion, SD (south of the High School). This will be your only opportunity to view items in the house, please plan accordingly. Vehicles are parked in the driveway and can be viewed.

Please note, this was originally advertised as a 2014, but it is a 2013 model. This was a smoker's vehicle, there are some cigarette holes in the seat. An ozone machine has been used and eliminated a lot of the smoke smell, but we want you to aware. Over condition is very nice, but does have some scuffs and scratches.
