All items can be picked up at the JoDeans Location (2809 Broadway, Yankton, SD); pickup times are Wednesday from 2pm to 7pm, Thursday 9am to 4pm, Friday 9am to 1pm. If you buy large items or fragile items, please bring your own manpower, boxes & packing material! Small items can be shipped by Girard Auction at the buyer's expense; if it looks big and bulky to ship, it probably is and will be expensive! A pick up schedule will be emailed out with your invoice. Please choose a pick-up time or let us know if you want your items shipped. If you buy large or bulky items, please bring your own assistance to load--WE DO NOT PROVIDE LOADING ASSISTANCE!

If you buy large items, such as Stoves, Coolers, Broasters, heavy kitchen equipment, back bars, automobile, tractor, wagons, pianos and such, you will have to come during the Large Item Load Out. Lots designated for the large item load out will be marked in the title line "**LARGE ITEM**. This is so we don’t block the door ways and can get smaller items out of the way for easier removal of the large items. If you buy some small items along with your large items, you can pick them up during the large item load out. Buyer’s must bring their own equipment & man power to load out. Gas & electricity will be disconnected on the equipment. Forklift will be onsite to assist in loading kitchen equipment. Large Item Load out schedule: Saturday 9am to 3pm; Monday through Wednesday (June 26-28)--call to schedule a time following the auction. Building is set to be demolished on July 1st!
