New Regulations, if under age 21; it's an automatic 3-day wait period to receive firearms. C&R's will be accepted on firearms that apply. We are an FFL dealer and will ship firearms ONLY to other FFL dealers. All online purchasers that require shipping must submit an FFL license to Girard Auction within 7 days of the auction. FFL's can be emailed to mike@girardauction.com. YOU must do this, NOT Girard Auction track you down and get ahold of you! All firearms & ammo are shipped UPS. Black powder percussion & BB guns do not require FFL transfer and can be shipped directly to the buyer. We are not licensed to and WILL NOT ship out of the US.
