New Regulations, if under age 21; it's an automatic 3-day wait period to receive firearms. C&R's will be accepted on firearms that apply. All guns require a background check, UNLESS it is stated in the description. Must be 18 years old to purchase a long gun and 21 years old to purchase a handgun. We are an FFL dealer and will ship firearms ONLY to other FFL dealers. All online purchasers that require shipping must submit an FFL license to Girard Auction within 7 days of the auction. FFL's can be emailed to [email protected]. YOU must do this, NOT Girard Auction track you down and get ahold of you! All firearms & ammo are shipped UPS. Black powder percussion & BB guns do not require FFL transfer and can be shipped directly to the buyer. We are not licensed to and WILL NOT ship out of the US.
