New Regulations, if under age 21; it's an automatic 3-day wait period to receive firearms. C&R's will be accepted on firearms that apply. SD residents with Conceal Carry Permits will be accepted, 4473 form must be filled out but the permit is an automatic proof of purchase. All guns require a background check, UNLESS it is stated in the description. Must be 18 years old to purchase a long gun and 21 years old to purchase a handgun.
