Located on the East side of the Road.  Legal: W PT S1/2 NW1/4 Section 1 Township 32 Range 1W Cedar County, NE +/-72 Acres. 2024 Taxes are $2,050.62. Soil maps indicate a NCCPI Rating of 56.71. Due to the government shutdown, we are not able to access 156EZ forms at this time, but we will add them as soon as they become available. There is open tenancy for the 2026 crop season. Method of Auction: This will be a Live, in-person auction with online bidding available.
