Buyers 21+ who pass the check may take firearms immediately; buyers under 21 are subject to a three-day waiting period under federal law. C&R licenses are accepted for eligible firearms, and South Dakota residents with a valid Concealed Carry Permit may use it in place of the NICS check but must still complete a 4473 form. Buyers must be 21 to purchase handguns and 18 for long guns. Firearms must be paid in full before the background check is conducted. If a buyer fails the background check, the firearm will be resold in the next firearms auction and standard commissions will apply. Background checks are required unless otherwise noted in the item description.

Handguns must be shipped to an FFL dealer in the buyer’s home state unless the buyer has an FFL—non-South Dakota concealed carry permits do not apply. Handguns ship via UPS Next Day Air, typically $35–$100 depending on location. Contact Mike with shipping questions.
