IMPORTANT: Our auctions have changed to 40 second live closing extensions.
This auction uses Dynamic Start and will limit the number of items closing on the live board to 6 at a maximum.
This means that the Closing Times stated for each item are Approximate.
Items may begin closing much later that the stated time due to previous items extending.
Terms And Conditions
10% Buyer’s premium added to all purchases. 6.5% Sales tax will be charged to all purchases unless you are buying for resale and have a Tax ID number for resale on file with our company. We will accept Cash, Good Check, Visa & MasterCard. 3% Convenience fee added to all credit card payments. All lots will start with a $1 opening bid and sell without minimum or reserve! . All sales final. No guarantees or warranties.
Pickup & Shipping: Please plan on picking up your items during the pick-up schedule. If you are not in the area and need your items shipped, Girard Auction will handle shipping. Shipping is only available on smaller, manageable items. Large & Bulky items are pick up only!
Pickup Schedule: Wednesday June 21st, 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.: Auction Pick up at JoDeans. Payments will be accepted during this pick-up time.
Thursday June 21st, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.: Auction Pick up at JoDeans. Payments will be accepted during this pick-up time.
Friday June 22nd, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.: Auction Pick up at JoDeans. Payments will be accepted during this pick-up time.
****LARGE ITEM LOAD OUT SCHEDULE****! If you buy large items, such as Stoves, Coolers, Broasters, heavy kitchen equipment, back bars, automobile, tractor and such, you will have to come during the Large Item Load Out. This is so we don’t block the door ways and can get smaller items out of the way for easier removal. If you buy some small items along with your large items, you can pick them up during the large item load out. Buyer’s must bring their own equipment & man power to load out. Gas & electricity will be disconnected.
Saturday June 23rd, 9:00 a.m to 3 p.m.: LARGE ITEM LOAD Out at JoDeans. No payments accepted on this day, all items must be paid for in advance by calling our office or paying during the Wednesday through Friday Pickup Schedule.
Monday June 25th to Wednesday June 28th: Large Item Load Out. Please schedule a time on “Sign up Genius”; a link will be included with your invoice.
Saturday July 1st: Building scheduled for DEMOLITION!

Bidding: When you bid your max, the current bid price does not automatically go to your max bid. Someone else has to bid to increase the current price and the computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the pre-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24-hours before the ending of the auction.
Bidders agree to keep their username and password confidential as they are responsible for ANY and ALL activity involving their account. Girard Auction is acting as agents for the seller. All auctions are sold with reserve unless otherwise stated. Reserves, if any, will not be disclosed. All final bids are subject to seller’s confirmation. Only the top bidder will be contacted to the status of his/her bid.
Payment: Acceptable forms of payment include: Cash, Personal Check, Cashiers Check, Visa, MasterCard, & Discover Card. If a payment is made with a credit card, an additional 3% will be added to your invoice. Wire transfer available on invoices larger than $5,000. No partial payments will be accepted. Payment must be made at the time of pick up or within 72-hours of receiving your invoice. If payment is not made within the stated time period, the item will be considered in default and may be turned over to a collection agency.

State sales tax, transfer, license fees & document fees will be charge where applicable. No items will be released until full payment clears our office. AS-IS, WHERE-IS: While the information we provide on items is deemed correct, no warranties are expressed or implied as to any item being sold and you agree to purchase and accept the item in an as-is condition.
