US RESIDENTS only on Firearms purchases--we will not export Firearms! All firearms, with the exception of BB guns, need to be shipped to a person or business with an FFL or C&R(on applicable guns). All sold as-is where-is basis with no returns! We are not experts on the firearms, condition is strictly based on past experience. Inspection of all items are ultimately the responsibility of the purchaser! Items will be packed by Girard Auction and shipped through a local FFL dealer. Pickup in person is always preferred. ALL FEDERAL FIREARMS LAWS APPLY!

Shipping: Buyer pays any and all shipping costs. Girard Auction will handle all shipping. All items will be insurance through the carrier or a third party at additional costs to the buyer. NO items will be shipped without insurance. All shipping will be completed within 10 business days of full payment being received after the auction. Buyers will receive an email notice when there item(s) have been shipped, how they were shipped, and how many packages they will be receiving. All our shipping is done through the USPS unless large item or otherwise directed. Every package that is shipped will be charge a minimum $5 handling fee to help pay for materials & time (boxes, packing peanuts, bubble wrap, ect.). Larger items or items that require special handling will be charge for than the $5 per box. YOU WILL HAVE 2 CHARGES ON YOUR CREDIT CARD! Once for your purchase price plus the buyer's premium, a second charge for the shipping/handling/insurance.

INSURANCE CLAIMS: If you receive a damaged item, please keep all packaging including the box & packaging material all call our office ASAP and we will work with you on the settlement. DO NOT JUST SHIP THE ITEMS BACK TO US without contacting us FIRST!

All bidders herby certify that they have read and fully understand the terms and conditions listed below and they agree to be bound thereby. Each auction may have additional terms that are not listed here. It is the buyer’s responsibility to understand all the term and conditions prior to submitting any/all bids.
Bidding: When you bid your max, the current bid price does not automatically go to your max bid. Someone else has to bid to increase the current price and the computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified. The auction will go to a LIVE auction with live Internet bidding for the conclusion.

Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the pre-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24-hours before the ending of the auction.
Bidders agree to keep their username and password confidential as they are responsible for ANY and ALL activity involving their account. Girard Auction is acting as agents for the seller. All auctions are sold with reserve unless otherwise stated. Reserves, if any, will not be disclosed. All final bids are subject to seller’s confirmation. Only the top bidder will be contacted to the status of his/her bid.
Payment: All payments must be made within or before 72 hours of being invoiced after the close of the auction. Acceptable forms of payment include: Cash, Personal Check accompanied by Bank Letter of credit, Cashier’s Check accompanied by Bank Letter of credit, Visa/MasterCard on purchases less than $20,000, Bank Wire Transfer ($25 Service fee applies). If payment is not made within the stated time period, the item will be considered in default and may be turned over to a collection agency. No Partial payments will be accepted.

State sales tax, transfer, license fees & document fees will be charge where applicable. No items will be released until full payment clears our controller’s office. “As-is, Where-is”: While the information we provide on items is deemed correct, no warranties are expressed or implied as to any item being sold and you agree to purchase and accept the item in an as-is condition. Information on items is obtained by us from the sellers and you hereby agree to hold harmless Girard Auction & its employees for any errors or omissions regarding the items being sold.
That by bidding on an item you have agreed to accept that item in its present condition and its present location and with the description provided whether accurate or not. Personal inspection of the property is strongly encouraged.


Additional Conditions: When using our online auction services, you are making firm commitments to purchase said items and are entering into a legal and binding contract. Bids may not be cancelled or retracted for any reason. Non Paying bidders or fraudulent bidding will subject you to legal recourse and possible criminal charges including any fraud and/or interstate commerce violations. You also acknowledge that the Internet may be an unreliable and error prone network. Girard Auction will not guarantee that bids placed online will always be transmitted to or received by the auctioneer in a timely fashion. You agree to hold Girard Auction and their employees harmless for any interruptions in online bidding. Further, the auctioneer has sole discretion to accept or refuse any bid. Girard auction retains the right to add, delete or change some or all of our online services and the terms and conditions governing their online auctions at any time without notice. Girard Auction reserves the right to remove a bidder for not complying with the terms and conditions. Girard Auction reserves the right to cancel and/or remove a listing at anytime for any reason.
